COPPER FOIL WITH PARTIAL WRAP

HP04 style tape is available in copper widths from 5mm upwards and thicknesses from 0.05mm upwards.

Insulators that we supply as standard include Polyester, Nomex and Kapton, depending on the temperature rating required.
 

Multiple layers can be applied to meet any required safety regulations.

We can supply foil insulated with specially manufactured 25 micron polyester, which is only 30 microns including the adhesive.

(The adhesive is as thick as the insulator in many tapes) to produce a product of minimum overall thickness.
